What is Nice Kickz?
We are Chicagoland’s original pick-up/drop-off sneaker cleaning and shoe-care service.
Where Are You Located?
Our corporate headquarters are located on 410 W Virginia St Crystal Lake Il 60014. We operate out of 3000 square ft warehouse located in Chicago’s west suburbs. Drop off & pick up locations in and around the Chicagoland area coming soon.
Where Are Your Hours?
You can schedule a pick-up/drop-off Mon-Fri 9am-7pm & Sat 9am-2pm. Closed on Sundays & Holidays.
How Long Does a Normal Cleaning Take?
Standard turnaround time 3 to 5 days however express options are available for purchase.
What Areas Do You Service?
We currently offer pick-up/drop-offs in the Downtown Chicago, Wrigleyville, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Hyde Park, Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates, and Elgin, IL area. We have drop-off locations in and around the Chicagoland area coming soon.
Do You Offer Traditional Shoe Shines?
Yes, of course. We have two options available in our menu. Purchase our CEO shine, and we guarantee you will get a “Nice Kickz” compliment.
Are Your Services Available for Hire at My Event?
Yes! We love events. Book us for your next company or private event. Having a sneaker-cleaning or shoe-shine station will keep your guests looking fresh, active, and attractive…yahearmee!
What Happens if My Shoes Are Lost or Damaged?
This almost never happens, but in the event it does, rest assured your items are 100%-insured from the time of pick-up to the time we drop them back off.
What Products Do You Use to Restore Sneakers?
Now if we told you, we’d have to kill you! Lol! We use all-natural organic products curated by our expert sneaker technicians. We also use Jason Markk products because we actually give af about the OG who basically started this industry.
What If I Miss Pick-up or Delivery?
We will contact you with other options, but if we can’t reach you, we will reschedule your pick-up/delivery at no charge. A $20 delivery charge will be applied to your account if you miss a second appointment.
What Safety Measures Do You Have in Place for COVID-19?
We’ve put in place the following safety measures to protect you and our family of employees:
- Courier providers are facilitating non-contact collections and returns.
- Item(s) returned are packaged and quarantined for 48 hours ahead of collection unless same-day service is selected.
- We practice social distancing of six feet.
- We have staggered breaks for our employees.
- We have Increased cleaning and hygiene throughout our warehouse and corporate office.
- We supply PPE for staff, including masks and hand sanitizer.
What Happens if I’m Not Happy with My Service?
If you are not happy with any of our services, we will give you a refund or store credit. We guarantee our work 100%.
